Pre-project Assessment
- Review written material (e., website, patient satisfaction survey results, etc),
- Interviews with directors, physicians, nurses and administrative professionals,
- Survey program participants
Professional Training
- Based the information gathered during the assessment phase, a program is developed to meet the needs of your organization
- Programs are structured around your time frames,
- A variety of teaching modalities are employed including case studies, role plays and discussion.
Post-project Reinforcement
- Email participants to review material
- Teleseminars reviewing key concepts
